Casey's course gave our family the PDA understanding and tools to move forward, finding a peace amongst the often externalised distress. A plethora of therapists for years were taking purely an autism approach which wasn't helping. Having multiple ways to learn through video, audio, written handouts, coaching opportunities and community support meant the material was very assessable. I was best helped by listening in one ear to Casey's teaching's all throughout my days, which gave me the empowerment 'you've got this' I needed to best care for my PDA child. Thank you

When it comes to support and understanding for parenting a PDA child or teen, Casey Ehrlich and At Peace Parents is quite simply unmatched. As a parent of a beautiful PDA daughter, I know firsthand how confusing, frustrating, and exceptionally difficult the parenting journey can be. More than anyone else in the PDA space, Casey has helped me to deeply understand PDA, and she has provided me with clear and applicable strategies to support me in parenting my daughter. I have begun using them and, although I still have a lot to practice and improve (I expect this to be a lifelong journey), I can already see them working to support my daughter's well-being and to improve the quality of our family life as a whole. Thank you, thank you, from my heart!

I can't recommend this program enough for parents who are striving to support their PDA child while not losing themselves in the process. Casey is clear and compassionate and offers a practical toolbox of many strategies to holistically support your PDA child, and makes these strategies relevant to all situations and ages. She holds space for parents to acknowledge their own grief and challenges, while also helping them move out of stuckness or victimhood and into agency. I loved finding community with like- minded caregivers of our wonderful PDA kids.

This program has transformed our family experience, giving us a new hopeful way forward. I was crippled by self-doubt but you gave me language, a framework, tools so that now I can use all my energy for helping my family rather than fighting off doubt and shame. The method is both comprehensive and flexible, autonomy is number one. And as we are finding, where there are PDA kids there are often PDA parents so we need a method that fits our neuro-type too. You have also changed my own path profoundly as I begin to consider that I may be PDA myself - the relief in that self-understanding and energy/capacity in me it has already unleashed is exponential. THANK YOU!! The amount of energy Casey put into these lectures is a gift. I appreciate it so much.

I am grateful beyond words for what I learned in the Foundations course. For the first time in nearly a decade, I feel equipped with the tools to help my child succeed and thrive. We have already seen specific and measurable improvements in our home life. Thank you

This course was the most valuable investment I've ever made in my parenting. I was initially hesitant to sign up because the materials Casey makes available on her website and social media are so excellent that I wasn't sure if the Foundations course content would be different or better than what I had already learned. But it absolutely was, and I am so grateful that I did the program. In the course, Casey goes much deeper on the content, provides dozens of examples that drive the teaching home, and pulls all of the complex concepts together. I was already trying to do the accommodations before but this course helped me to understand forces that were holding me back and to apply the accommodations in more depth and more consistently. It enabled me to go all in on changing my approach and the improvement in the past three weeks in my daughter's happiness, energy level, and ability to engage with my husband and me and with the world has been nothing short of miraculous. I cannot recommend this program highly enough.

Casey really gets it! She understands the agony of seeing your child in distress but gives clear and actionable advice on how to shift the dial, slowly but surely. It's life-changing for us with a PDA child!

Casey provides hope, She shares a wealth of information with tangible actions that we can experiment with. I started implementing some of the things I learned during the duration of the course and started seeing small subtle changes in my child. They were small, but it was definite progress that our whole family could feel, and it's been continuing since. Casey balances the course material really well for children and teens, and she shares lots of tangible stories from her own life and other families so we could relate and realize we're not alone. Raising a PDA child is very isolating, but Casey made me realize it doesn't have to be and teaches how we can move forward, accommodate and advocate. Thank you so much Casey!

If you are anything like my clients...
Your child has received partial or incorrect diagnoses that have never seemed to fully fit or make sense – whether it is Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) , ADHD, Autism, Childhood OCD, Attachment Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, etc.
But more importantly – and regardless of diagnosis – you haven’t yet been given a way to think about your child’s brain and nervous system that will actually help your family and your child. Alternatively, like many of my clients, perhaps you have already been working on a “low demand lifestyle” with your PDA child, but it seems completely unsustainable and ultimately doesn’t seem to be supporting them.
Are you not supposed to set *any* boundaries? No screen time limits ever? Even if you understand how your PDA child’s brain works, you may be wondering – How can I set up a life that I actually want to live and that is sustainable not just for them, but also for me, my partner and my other children?Â
In this program you will answer those questions and start creating that life!
