Who is 1:1 Private Coaching for?

Parents who are willing to radically change their approach  to their child.  At least one parent in the group must be prepared to do the difficult work of change, to become the driving force behind their child's transformation.

Parents who are ready to act immediately. Seeing immediate changes at home requires radical changes in behavior and immediate action.

Parents who want to adopt a scientific approach to parenting. This is not a "parenting philosophy." The tools are based on scientific evidence and will be guided by the data your child provides.

Coaching is NOT for parents who:

They are looking for a therapist or crisis intervention.

They are looking for another set of rules, dogmas, or a "one way of doing things" approach to parenting.

They are unwilling to change their own behavior, their thinking patterns, or to take responsibility for their role within the limitations they face.

They seek to fix their children and achieve compliance using punishment-reward approaches or traditional parenting techniques.

If you're anything like my clients...

  • You're tired of feeling demoralized and want to find meaning and purpose in the parenting journey you're on.
  • You may secretly hate coming home to your child at night after work, or even resent having a child in the first place.
  • You want to feel connected to your child, but you find resistance to feeling that connection.
  • Ultimately, more than anything, you want to lay your head on the pillow knowing deep down that you did everything possible to ensure your child can thrive for the rest of their life.

Everything's fine

You are not alone and we can do it together.

What if I told you that raising a PDA child or teen doesn't have to be terrible?

Not only is it possible, but as we stabilize your home, you'll see that your child is a gateway to a deeper connection with yourself.

I'll teach you how to approach your child or teen with a scientific mindset, so you can stop second-guessing yourself and find what works best for your family in the years to come.

I will give you tools to help you stop going in directions that are not right for you or your family.
We'll also work to transform your identity as a parent, so you feel more confident, empowered, and at peace in your life.

At the heart of the work we do together is always love and connection.

  • So that you can meet your child again (or maybe for the first time).
  • To rediscover yourself as a mother/father who is already good.
  • And to be supported as you explore with me this next evolution of your identity, without judgment or limiting what is possible for you, your child or teen, and your family.
